Exchange window

You can request an exchange for size or colour within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags and original packaging.

Innerwear, items marked final sale and customised items cannot be exchanged.

How to exchange

Call 01837860066 or email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item. After we confirm, send the item back by courier or hand it to our delivery person.

Exchanges depend on stock. If your size or colour is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.

Delivery charge

If the item is wrong or defective, we cover the courier cost. For other exchanges, the delivery charge is paid by the customer.
