Orders and prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We may correct pricing or stock errors and will contact you if your order is affected.

Product colours may look slightly different on different screens.

Payment and verification

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. To confirm your order we verify your mobile number with a one-time code sent by SMS.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and can change due to weather, holidays or courier delays. Please provide a correct address and an active phone number.

Cancellation

You can ask to cancel an order before it is shipped by calling 01837860066. We may cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled.

Returns and exchanges follow our Exchange Policy and Returns & Refund pages. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
