When you can return

Within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

How it works

Contact us on 01837860066 or [email protected] with your order number and photos. Once approved, send the item back. After we receive and check it, we process your refund.

Refund method and time

Most orders are Cash on Delivery, so refunds are sent to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account, or given as store credit if you prefer.

Refunds are normally completed within 5 to 7 working days after the returned item is approved.

Not refundable

Delivery charges (unless the mistake is ours), used or washed items, and items without tags or packaging.
